Terms and Conditions of Sale

Order

We commit to accepting your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale.

When the customer clicks on the "Pay Now" button or link, they are then irrevocably bound, and their acceptance cannot be challenged, except as per Article 8.

Please note that we will respond to your order within the limits of available stock or subject to stock availability with our suppliers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the presence of an item in our online catalog means it is available for sale but not necessarily in stock. It may, therefore, be ordered from one of our suppliers.

If, despite our vigilance, the products are temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reprints, etc.), we will inform you by email and invite you to cancel or modify your order. If the products become permanently unavailable (out of stock, items not reprinted, etc.) after an order, we will automatically cancel your order and notify you by email.

By confirming your order, you accept all the terms and conditions of sale made available on the website and acknowledge full awareness, thereby waiving the right to rely on any contradictory document, particularly your own general purchasing conditions. The act of purchase implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. This confirmation, along with all recorded data, will serve as proof of our transactions.

Price

Prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery fees will be added. If the delivery takes place outside the European Union, customs duties and related formalities are exclusively the customer's responsibility. The customer agrees to check the delivery's compliance with the laws of the delivery country.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but we commit to applying the rates indicated to you at the time of your order.

Payment

The order price is payable immediately upon the order date.

If you reside in mainland France, Monaco, or the French overseas territories, you may pay by credit card (Visa, EuroCard, Mastercard, American Express), bank check, money order, or cash on delivery.

If you reside abroad, you may pay by credit card (Visa, EuroCard, Mastercard), or money order. In this case, payment by check is only possible if drawn on a bank domiciled in France.

Credit cards issued by banks outside France must be international credit cards.

Secure online payment by credit card offers full security: it uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport over the network.

The credit card numbers sent to us are not stored in any database. They are only physically attached to the invoice.

We do not accept checks or money orders.

A 3% fee is added to the total amount of your order for any payment made using PayPal.

The customer certifies that they have the necessary authorizations to make the payment method chosen. In the case of payment by credit card, the payment order may be revoked in case of fraudulent card use per the agreement between the customer and their banking institution.
