Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order. The risks will be your responsibility from the date the ordered products leave our premises.

Postal delivery times are indicative only; they do not include order preparation or shipping times, nor do they cover supply times for products not in stock.

We cannot be held liable for delivery delays by the shipping company or customs authorities.

Regarding pre-orders: if you pre-order items (books, DVDs, tricks, etc.) and add other items to your cart, your order will be shipped only on the official release date (as stated on the product page) of the pre-ordered items. Therefore, it is advisable to place two separate orders to avoid your order being held until the official release date of the pre-ordered products before shipping.
